byandbetween SIGMAN'S HOME SALES, of 50 Bonnybrook Road, Carlisle, PA 17013
herein*er referred to as Contractor,
AND
RONALD WADE RAUDABAUGH and KATHY ANN MIXELL, 17 W. Yellow Breeches
Road, Carlisle, PA 17013,
hereinafter referred to as
Owner, whereby theformer undertook and agreed to erect and construct a dwelling house
on that certain bet of ground situate in
Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Plan Book 78, Page 119.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH.• That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of
the sumof(81.00)Dollar to Contractor in hatdpaidbyOwner. thereceipt whereofis hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be fled or maintained by them or any of then against the said buildings and the bet of ground appartem tt
thereto for or on account of any work done or materials famished by then or any of then under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the be above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have. file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of
then, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of Gen, shall be an independent covenant.
