WHEREAS, Madison Homes Group, Inc., of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania is
about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with MADISON HOMES GROUP,
INC., of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a _ 2 story building upon a
lot of land situate, lying and being in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and limited in accordance with Exhibit "A" attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, on , 199 2, at the time of and immediately
before the execution of the principal 46ntract, and before any authority has been given by the
said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase
materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor and
the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed thal
no lien shall be filed against the building and/or land by the contractor, or any subcontractor,
nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to
file such liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in the
Township of East Pennsborc, County of Cumberland, Commonwoalth of
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows
to wits
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right-of-way line of
Maplewood Lane (50°wide) at the dividing line between lots NO.54
and NO.55 as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan; thence
along the dividing line between lots N0.54 and NO.55 North 09
degrees 45 minutes 15 seconds West a distance of 100.00' feet to
a point on the southern line of lot NO.44i thence along the
dividing line between lots NO.54, N0.44 and NO.45 North 80
degrees 14 minutes 45 seconds East a distance of 80.00' feet to a
point at the dividing line between lots NO.53 and NO.541 thence
along the dividing line between lots NO.53 and NO.34 South 09
degrees 45 minutes 15 seconds East a distance of 100.00' feet to
a point on the northern right-of-way line of Maplewood Lanai
thence along the northern right-of-way line of Maplewood Lane
South BO degrees 14 minutes 45 seconds West a distance of 80.001
feet to a point, said point being the place of BEGINNING.
BEING lot NO.54 as shown on the Final Subdivision Plan of
Penn Valley, Phase 1. Recorded in Plan Book 67, Page 20.
