is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with J. W. Mumper Construction, Inc.
of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,

NOW. 19 99 , at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin-
cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said joy C. Cruttenden and E. Penn Lemmonds
to the said J. W. Mumper Construction, Inc.
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Joy C. Cruttenden and E. Penn Lemmonds and the further
consideration of One Dollar. to J. W. Mumper Construction, Inc. paid
by Joy C. Cruttenden and E. Penn Lemmonds , it is agreed that no lien shall be riled against the
building by the contractor. or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor. or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot situate in the Borough of Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot #14A on the Plan of
Lots of Section C, Park Hills, as revised, which Plan is recorded
in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book
20, page 17, and being more particularly bounded and described as
follows, to wit :
BEGINNING at a point on the East side of Wynnewood Road, which
point is on the dividing line between Lot Nos. 13 and 14A on said
Plan; thence in a Northerly direction along Wynnewood Road by a
curve to the left having a radius of 178.17 feet, a distance of
57.17 feet to a point on the East side of Wynnewood Road; thence
along Wynnewood Road a distance of 80.92 feet to a point on the
dividing line between Lot Nos. 17A and 16A; thence along said
dividing line between Lot Nos. 14A and 16A, North 60 degrees 17
minutes East a distance of 128.52 feet to a point in line of land
now or formerly of E.T. Schimmel; thence along said line of land
of E.T. Schimmel South 29 degrees 43 minutes East a distance of
183.28 feet to a point on the dividing line between Lot Nos. 13
and 14A on said Plan; thence along said dividing line between Lot
Nos. 13 and 14A South 78 degrees 40 minutes West a distance of
146.34 feet to a point on the Eastern side of Wynnewood Road, the
Place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises which Gary V. Wetzel and Joy C.
Cruttenden, husband and wife by Deed dated December 11, 1997 and
recorded in Cumberland County, in Deed Book 169 page 851 conveyed
unto Joy C. Cruttenden.
AND BEING the same premises which Joy C. Cruttenden by her deed dated

conveyed unto Joy C. Cruttenden and E. Penn Lemmonds, Owners herein.
