E~mo~ ~n~ ASSOC~S, INC.;
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the
said Agreement, and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
CONTRACTOR., nor any Subcontractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or
materials to the said CONTRACTOR under this Agreement shall file a lien, commonly called a
mechanic's lien, for Work done or materials furnished for the above construction.
This stipulation is made and shall be filed with ~ ~3 ,q ~ C ~ L A ~,~ l~ CO ~ ~d T'~/
within ten (10) days after execution, in accordance with the requirements of Section 1402 of the
Mechanics Lien Law of 1963 of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in such case provided.
