On behalf of the Monroe Township Municipal Authority,
claimant in the above-captioned matter, kindly issue the attached
Writ of Scire Facias Sur Municipal Claim. Please be advised that
the Monroe Township Municipal Authority filed a Municipal Lien at
Docket No. 02-5873 in the amount of $1,542.56 against property
owned by Steven C. Logan and Patricia Logan known and numbered as
1316 Zimmerman Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, 17013. Please be
advised that said claim is still due and unpaid, and remains a
lien against said property described therein.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to STEVEN C. LOGAN AND
PATRICIA LOGAN, Greeting:
Whereas, the Monroe Township Municipal Authority, of 1220
Boiling Springs Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17055,
(hereinafter referred to as the ~Authority"), on December 10,
2002 filed its Municipal Lien for Township Services and Sewer
Rates in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, at No. 02-5873 Municipal Lien Docket 2002, for the
sum of $1,542.56, with interest up to the amount of ten (10)
percent, along with penalties and all costs, including attorneys'
fees, for services and sewer rates against all that certain lot
of ground, including any improvements located thereon, same being
known and numbered as 1316 Zimmerman Road, Carlisle, Monroe
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, owned or reputed to be

owned by you~ said property being more fully described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Eastern side of Township Road
No. 553 (also known as Zimmerman Road), on the dividing line
between Lots Nos. 3 and 4 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan
of Lots; thence by said dividing line, North fifty-five (55)
degrees six (6) minutes thirty-five (35) seconds East 194.77
feet to a point; thence by the dividing line between Lots
No. 4 and 6 on said Plan of Lots, South twenty-four (24)
degrees East 12.4 feet to a point; thence by the same, South
fifty-six (56/ degrees sixteen (16) minutes East 61.32 feet
to a point; thence by the dividing line between Lots Nos. 4
and 5 on said Plan of Lots, South thirty-three (33) degrees
forty-four (44) minutes West 183.496 feet to a point on the
Eastern side of Township Road No. 553 aforesaid; thence by
the Eastern side of said Road, North fifty-six (56) degrees
sixteen (16) minutes west 81.08 feet to a point; thence by
the same on a curve to the right having a radius of 222.04
feet, an arc distance of 62.52 feet to the Place of
BEGIKrNING.
BEING Lot No. 4 on the Plan of Lots of Genevieve A. Diehl,
as recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for
Cumberland County in Plan Book 25, Page 132; and being
improved with a brick ranch type dwelling house.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Stephen C. Logan and Patricia
Logan, formerly known as Patricia Koser, his wife, by deed
dated March 12, 2001, and recorded March 22, 2001 in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 241, Page 299, granted
and conveyed unto Stephen C. Logan and Patricia Logan,
husband and wife, owners.

And whereas, We have been given to understand that said
municipal claim is still due and unpaid, and remains a lien
against the said property;
