WHEREAS, S&A Custom Built Homes Inc. entered into a contract with
Virginia H. Baldwin and
provide materials and/or perform labor necessary for the construction and to
erection or the alteration and repair of (a) building(s) upon those certain
pieces or parcels of land situcated in South Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particul ed
described as follows: Lot 58, Plan Book 77, Page141 particularly bounded and

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
`
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor on
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said'
contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called e mechanic's
lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part
thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County
Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in accordance with requirements
of Act of Assemble of Pennsylvania, in,such case provided.
