WHEREAS, THE GOOD HOPE REAL ESTATE, a Pennsylvania general partnership and/or
NORTHERN CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATES, a Pennsylvania general partnership, Owners, are about
to execute a contract with NORTHERN CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATES, a Pennsylvania general
partnership, Contractor, with a principal place of business located at 518 Bridge Street, New
Cumberland, PA 17070, for the erection/renovations upon a lot of land situate and known as Lot # 7,
Greenwood Estate Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, which is more particularly
described in the legal description on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, this /M16y, of LOU n,F• 1999, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the
said Contractor, to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with the Contractor and the further consideration of One
($1.00) Dollar and other valuable considerations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, to the
Contractor paid by the Owners, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the
Contractor, or any sub-Contractor nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for
other improvements on the said real estate, any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection/renovations to said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land, situate in Township of Hampden, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, known as Lot No. 7 on the Subdivision Plan of Greenwood Estates recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County in Plan Book 76, Page 128, more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point along the Southern line of Greenwood Circle, being the Northeast
corner of Lot No. 6 on the aforesaid
Plan; thence South 78 degrees, 16 minutes, 33 seconds East a distance of 150.00 feet to a point
being the Northwest corner of Lot No. 8 on the aforesaid Plan; thence South 02 degrees, 43
minutes, 27 seconds West along Lot No. 8 on the aforesaid Plan a distance of 208.59 feet to a point
being Southwest comer of Lot 8
on the aforesaid Plan; thence along land now or formerly of Kenneth F. Caffrey, Jr. and Vicky S.
Caffrey and of Craig Michael Anzer and Barbara Alder Anzer North 85 degrees, 33 minutes, 49
seconds West a distance of 150.07 feet to a point; thence along Lot No. 6 on the aforesaid Plan
North 02 degrees, 43 minutes, 27 seconds East a distance of 204.11 feet to a point, the place of
BEGINNING.
CONTAINING therein 30,952.50 square feet, more or less, or 0.7106 acres more or less.
BEING a part of the same premises which Bonnie E. Shenk and Jane Kline, now known as
Jane Kline Brockman, co-executors of the estate of Kenneth E. Kline by deed dated July 10, 1997,
and recorded July 14, 1997, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Deed
Book 100, Page 1026, granted and conveyed unto the Good Hope Real Estate Partnership existing
of Douglas S. Knouse, Elizabeth P. Knouse, Harry L. Grossman and Michael E. Garman. Since that
time the said partnership interest of Elizabeth P. Knouse has been transferred to Suzy A. Grossman.
All of the current and former partners join herein to convey their interest.
