WRIT OF EXECUTION - NOTICE
This paper is a Writ of Execution. It has been issued because there is ajudgment against you. It may
cause your property to be held or taken to pay the judgement. Your may have rights to prevent your property

your exemption, you may lose some of your property.

Cross of N.E. Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania Blue Shield, Garnishee, specifically: All sums due
Defendant from Garnishee.
And notify the Garnishee that
