1. Michelle Rae Bohrer, born April 1, 1983, is the natural child of Williard F.
Bohrer and having reached the age of emancipation, is no longer subject
to this court.
2, Elizabeth Ann Bohrer, born June 7, 1983, is the natural child of Williard F.
Bohrer.
3. Shared legal custody of the child will be in Father, Williard F. Bohrer, and
the maternal Grandmother, Lorraine Yingst.
4. Primary physical custody of the child shall be in the Father subject to
agreed upon times where the Grandmother may have physical custody.

COURT ORDER
AND NOW, this 19 day of July, 1999, upon consideration of the attached Custody
Conciliation Report, it is ordered and directed as follows:
1. The Father, Willard F. Bohrer, and the maternal Grandmother, Lorraine Yingst, shall
enjoy shared legal custody of Michelle Rae Bohrer, bom April I, 1983; and
Elizabeth Ann Bohrer, born June 7, 1988.
2. The maternal Grandmother shall enjoy primary physical custody of the minor
children.
3. The Father shall enjoy physical custody of the minor children every weekend, on
shared or alternating holidays, for a period of summer vacation and at such other
times as agreed upon by the parties.
4. This order is entered pursuant to an agreement reached by the parties at a Custody
Conciliation Conference. In the event either party desires to modify this order, that
party may petition the court to have the case again scheduled with the Custody
Conciliator.

COMPLAINT FOR CUSTODY
1. Plaintiff is Lorraine Yingst, an adult individual whose residence is at 1919
Chatham Drive, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011
2. Defendant is Willard F. Bohrer, an adult individual whose residence is at
606 Lewisberry Road, New Cumberland, York County, Pennsylvania 17070.
3. The Plaintiff Lorraine Yingst is the maternal grandmother of the two minor
children who are the subject of this custody complaint namely Michelle Rae Bohrer,
born April 1, 1983 and Elizabeth Ann Bohrer, born June 7, 1988.
4. The children's natural mother, the daughter of Plaintiff, died November 28,
1996.
5. There have been no other actions for custody of the children and the
Plaintiff knows of no actions currently pending in reference to the custody of the
children.
6. The Plaintiff seeks primary physical and legal custody of the children,
which is in the best interest of the children due to the settled purpose of the Defendant
in abdicating his parental responsibilities.
7. The best interest of the children will be served by granting maternal
grandmother primary physical and legal custody of the children with periods of partial
custody in the natural father.

WHEREFORE, for all the above reasons, the Plaintiff, Lorraine Yingst,
respectfully requests this Honorable Court to hold a hearing and, after hearing, grant
her primary physical and legal custody of the children.
