WHEREAS, KOLLAS AND COSTOPOULOS, of 1104 Fernwood Avenue,
Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Owner, is about to
execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Glenn Snider, Jr., and Glen Miller,
t/d/b/a SNIDER-MILLER BUILDERS, for the erection of a house ancillary to development in
a complex known as Westgate Development, Phase 11, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
construction described as follows:
ALL THOSE CERTAIN tracts or parcels of ground on Lot Nos. 79 and 89 of
South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as set forth in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, this 14th day of June , 1999, at the time of and immediately before
the execution of the principal contract dated June 14 , 1999, and before any authority has been
given by the said Owner, to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration of the marking of the said contract with Owner,
and the further consideration of One Dollar and 00/100 ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it
is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor,
nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.

BEGINNING at a point, said point being located on the western right-of-way line
of Woodview Drive at the common front p.----.erty corner of Lot #78 and Lot A79; thence
along Lot #78 South 73 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 139.44' to a
point at other lands now or late of KoIlas and Costopoulos (Westgate, Phase 3); thence
along other lands now or late of Kollas and Costopoulos North-16 degrees 20 minutes 00
seconds West, a distance of 80.01' to a point at Lot #80 of Westgate Phase 2; thence
along Lot x/80 North 73 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 138.97' to a
point on the western right-of-way line of Woodview Drive; thence along the western
right-of-way line of Woodview Drive South 16 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East, a
distance of 80.01' to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
Said lot contains 11,137.43 sq. ft. or 0.2557 acres.
Said lot is subject to a 20' wide drainage easement located along the western
propcrty line.

of Woodview Drive, at the common front property corner of Lot 1190 and Lot #89; thence
along the eastern right-of-way line of Woodview Drive in a northerly direction on the arc
of a curve curving to the right having a radius of 225.00', an arc length of 88.26', and
a central angle of 22 degrees 28 minutes 31 seconds to a point; thence along the same
North 30 degrees 48 minutes 31 seconds East, a distance of 38.57' to a point at the start
of a curve connecting the eastern right-of-way line of Woodview Drive with the southern
right-of-way line of Westgate Drive; thence along said curve curving to the right having
a radios of 25.00', an arc length of 48.00' and a central angle of 110 degrees 00 minutes
00 seconds to a point on the southern right-of-way line of Westgate Drive; thence along
the southern right-of-way line of Westgate Drive South 39 degrees 11 minutes 29 seconds
East, a distance of 28.59' to a point; thence along the same on the arc of a carve curving
to the left having a radius of 225,00', an arc length of 71.24' and a central angle of 18
