STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Bradley A. Vaughn and Sharon L.Vaughn of Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Herbert J.
Moffitt, for the execution of a home situate in Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounded and described on the attached Exhibit A.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before
any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to commence work on the
said building, or purchase materials for the same, in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar, to be paid to Contractor, it
is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any Sub-Contractor,
nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that certain tract of ground located in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the division line between Lot Nos. 1 and 2 of the hereinafter mentioned
Plan of Lots; thence along lands now or formerly of Paul L. Garman North 19 degrees 27 minutes
40 seconds East a distance of 61.62 feet to a point; thence along the same North 48 degrees 36
minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 98.52 feet; thence along Lot No. 15 of the hereinafter Plan of
Lots North 23 degrees 37 minutes 14 seconds East a distance of 125.21 feet to an existing pipe;
thence along lands now or formerly of Keith A. Morrison and lands now or formerly of Marlin G.
Car North 88 degrees 21 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 310.09 feet; thence along Royal
Drive on a curve in a southerly direction having a radius of 225 feet and a delta of 38 degrees 26
minutes 49 seconds and a length of 150.98 feet; thence along the same on a curve in a southerly
direction with a radius of 275 feet and a delta of 22 degrees 55 minutes 05 seconds and a length of
110 feet to an iron pin; thence along Lot No. 2 of the hereinafter Plan of Lots South 88 degress2l
minutes 41 seconds West a distance of 410.37 feet to a point being the Place of Beginning.
BEING Lot No. I of the Plan of Lots known as West Penn Estates as recorded in Cumberland
County Recorder of Dee Is Office in Plan Book 79, Page 18.
