WHEREAS, Glenn W. Dressler and Kim L. Dressler, his wife
of 7 Countryside Court, Camp Hill,
are Pennsylvania,
i9about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Haubert Homes, Inc.
of 15 Central Blvd., Camp Hill, Pennsylvania,
for the erection of a two story building upon a lot of land situate
and known as Lot #92, Logan's Run, Phase III, more particularly described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.

by Glenn W. Dressler and Kim L. Dressler, his wife, , it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor. or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor. or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land situate in East
Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern dedicated right-of-way
line of Logan's Run at the dividing line of Lots Nos. 93 and 92;
thence by line of Lot No. 93, South 43 degrees 57 minutes 06
seconds West, 100.00 feet to a point on line of Lot No. 55, Logan's
Run, Phase II; thence by line of Lots. Nos. 55 and 54, Logan's Run,
Phase II, North 46 degrees 02 minutes 54 seconds West, 80.00 feet
to a point on the dividing line of Lots Nos. 91 and 92; thence by
line of Lot No. 91, North 43 degrees 57 minutes 06 seconds East,
100.00 feet to a point on the southern right-of-way line of Logan's
Run; thence by the southern right-of-way line of Logan's Run, South
46 degrees 02 minutes 54 seconds East, 80.00 feet to a point at the
dividing line of Lots Nos. 93 and 92, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING approximately 8,000.00 square feet, more or less.
BEING Lot No. 92 on the Final Subdivision Plan for Logan's
Run, Phase III, recorded in Plan Book 74 at Page 92.
BEING SUBJECT to a wetland area and drainage easement as shown
on the above mentioned Subdivision Plan.
BEING the same premises which Logan's run Associates, a
Pennsylvania General Partnership, comprised of Logan's Run
Corporation, a Pennsylvania Business Corporation, and Haubert
Homes, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation, by its Deed dated June 9,
1999 and intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith, granted
and conveyed unto Glenn W. Dressler and Kim L. Dressler, his wife.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to electric service that will be supplied
only from the underground distribution system in accordance with
the current PP&L Co. Tariff Rule 4-C(3).
ALSO, UNDER AND SUBJECT, nevertheless, to easements,
restrictions, reservations, conditions and rights of way of record
or visible upon inspection of premises.
