STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this day of June, 1999
byandbetween Conway & Wilson
hereinafter called the Contractor,
AND Kimberly J. Kertulis and Jeffrey A. Potts
hereinafter called the Owner.
WITNESSETH THAT:
The Contractor by instrument dated
entered Into an Agreement with the Owner for the erection and construction of a residential home
situated on 113 Center Street, East Pennsboro Township, Enola
as described on Exhibit "A"
AND WHEREAS, the Contractor has covenanted and agreed therein to enter into an additional agreement
with the Owner stipulating that no lien or liens of any kind shall be filed against the above building or the
appurtenances thereto.
NOW, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH, that the Contractor, for and in consideration of the awarding to him
of the said contract as for the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to him in hand paid by the Owner, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, promises and agrees that no Mechanic's Lien or liens shall be filed against
the aforesaid building or the appurtenances thereto by any subcontractor, subcontractors, materialmen,
mechanics, laborers or anyone for materials furnished, work done or services rendered of any kind
whatsoever, for or about, or on account of the aforesaid building or on the credit thereof.
