of SNELBAKF.R, BRENNEMAN & SPARE, P.C., Attorneys for the
Cumberland Valley School District, the prayer of the foregoing
application is granted and the following persons are hereby
appointed School Police Officers for the Cumberland Valley School
District for the year ending June 30, 2000, said persons being
subject to the powers, duties and requirements of the Public
School Code of 1949, as amended, Section 778 (24 P.S. 7-778) and
as set forth below upon compliance with the other requirements of
the aforesaid Act:

The Cumberland Valley School District by its Solicitor,

Officers for the Cumberland Valley School District under the
provisions of the Public School Code of 1949,
778 (24 P.S. 7-778), and represents as follows:
1.
That the Cumberland Valley School District is a duly
organized and constituted school district located in Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being comprised of the Townships of
Hampden, Silver Spring, Middlesex and Monroe.

That said Cumberland Valley School District is desirous of
and in need of School Police Officers to act as policemen of said
School District.

That the Board of School Directors of the Cumberland Valley
School District has by resolution adopted on June 14, 19991
designated the following named persons to act as School Police
Officers for the school year ending June 30, 2000, with the
powers and authority set forth below, subject to the
appointment by your Honorable Court:
