The Respondents are Bonnie and Scott Malakin, citizens of Pennsylvania, residing at 3 Richland Lane, Apartment 108, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17011. The mother of the children is Bonnie Malakin, curremly residing at 3 Richland Lane, Apartment 108, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17011. The father of the children is Scott Malakin, curremly residing at 3 Richland Lane, Apartment 108, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17011. The relationship of Petitioners to the children is that of their Paternal Grandoarents. The relationship of Respondents to the children is that of their parents. The Respondents currently reside with the children. Respondents have not participated as a party or witness, or in another capacity, in other litigation concerning the custody of the children in this or another court. Petitioners have no information of a custody proceeding concerning the children pending in a court of this Commonwealth. Petitioners do not know of a person not a party to the proceedings who has physical custody of the children or claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to the children. The best interest and permanent welfare of the children will be served by granting the relief requested because they offer the children a more stable and secure environment. Each parent whose parental rights to the child have not been terminated and the person who has physical custody of the child have been named as parties to this action. The Paternal Grandparents, Lynn and John Malakin, shall have periods of partial custody, also known as visits, with Jasmine as the parties may mutually agree. Upon agreement of the parties, these visits for periods of partial custody may also include Julia Ann at a later time. 2. It is acknowledged that there are significant tensions in the relationship between the Paternal Grandparents and the parents in this matter which in turn are having an adverse impact upon the parties and the older of the minor children. Therefore, the parties haye agreed to begin therapeutic family counseling to assist the parties in addressing these tensions and reducing the stress imposed on the minor children by the family discord. Although the unreimbursed cost of these therapeutic family counseling services is not known as of the date of the Conference, the parties contemplate that the Paternal Grandparents will contribute to unreimbursed costs of counseling. The parties will work with their counsel to identify an appropriate provider. 3. This Order is temporary in nature. If within sixty (60) days of the date of this Order an additional Conference is needed, counsel forr either party may contact the Conciliator by letter to request that the Custody Conciliation Conference be reconvened. The Father, Scott Malakin, did not attend the Conciliation Conference. 3. The Conciliation was scheduled following the Paternal Grandparents filing of a Complaint for Custody on July 3, 2003. The Complaint was served July 25, 2003. There were no other pleadings filed. 4. The parties reach an agreement in the for/p~"~Order as attached.
