CORLE, Owner, of 3148 Spring Road, Carlisle, Pa 17013, entered into a contract with DAVID J. REISINGER, t/d/b/a DAVE REISINGER CONSTRUCTION & CABINETRY, Contractor, of Loysville, Pennsylvania, to provide materials and perform labor necessary for the construction of a residential dwelling upon a tract of land situate in Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows: SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A" NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned Contractor, any subcontractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under his contract, shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanics' lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building, improvements or any part thereof. THIS STIPULATION is made and intended to be filed with the Cumberland County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided. R nger CONTRACTOR EXHIBIT "A" ALL those two (2) certain tracts or parcels of land situate in the Township of Middlesex, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and being shown as Lot I-A on a Subdivision Plan for Clarence E. Brownawell, dated June 6, 1977, and recorded in Plan Book 30, Page 131, and also being shown as Lot 2-A on a Subdivision Plan for Clarence E. Brownawell, dated September 12, 1978, and recorded in Plan Book 34, Page 44, and recorded at the Recorder of Deeds Office in the Cumberland County Courthouse, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a steel pipe set at the northeast corner of Lot 1-A, in the southerly line of lands now or formerly of David L. Piper and at the northwest corner of lands now or formerly of Margaret E. Poth (Lot 1-B as shown on Plan Book 30, Page 131); thence along lands now or formerly of Margaret E. Poth and Leonard W. Mackereth and passing through a steel pipe set in the center line of a fifty (50) feet wide private right of way, South 00 degrees, 04 minutes, 20 seconds East, a distance of 253.75 feet to a steel pipe at the southwest corner of lands now or formerly of Leonard W. Mackereth (Lot 2-B as shown on Plan Book 34, Page 44) and in the northerly line of lands now or formerly of Galen L. Darr and Jeanne L. Hicks; thence along lands now or formerly of Galen L. Darr and Jeanne L. Hicks, South 87 degrees 35 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 340.09 feet to a steel rebar at lands now or formerly of David L. Piper; thence along lands now or formerly of David L. Piper the following two (2) courses: (1) passing through a steel rebar set at the center line terminus of a fifty (50) feet wide private right of way, North 09 degrees 02 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 285.68 feet to a steel rebar; (2) South 87 degrees 54 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 384.61 feet to a steel pipe at the northwest corner of lands now or formerly of Margaret E. Poth and at lands now or formerly of David L. Piper, the place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 2.228 acres of land. TOGETHER WITH a thirty-three (33) feet wide right of way extending from Carlisle Springs Road (S.R. 0034) and crossing the northernmost thirty-three (33) feet of land shown on the above mentioned Subdivision Plan for Clarence E. Brownawell lying adjacent to and immediately South of the southern line of lands now or formerly of Helen J. Sheaffer as shown on said Plan. AND IN ADDITION, together with a thirty-three (33) feet wide private right of way extending along the easternmost thirty-three (33) feet of Lot 2-B southward from the southern line of Lot 1-B as shown on the above mentioned Plan a distance of 64.87 feet; AND IN ADDITION, together with a fifty (50) feet wide private right of way, the center of which is the southern line of Lot I-B and extending from the western line of land now or formerly of Helen J. Sheaffer, westerly to the eastern boundary line of the lands herein conveyed for a distance of 395.00 feet. BEING the same premises which Jason L. Corle and Kristie L.
