WHEREAS, Bruce D. Shellenberger and Suzanne G. Shellenberger
of Bnola Pennsylvania,
is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Fogarty Homes, Inc.
of Harrisburg Pennsylvania,
for the erection of a slattycx ranch home building upon a lot of land situate

NOW. June 29, 19 99, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin-
cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Bruce D. Shellenberger and Suzanne G.
Shellenberger
to the said Fogarty Homes, Inc.
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Fogarty Homes, Inc. and the further
consideration of One Dollar. to Fogarty Homes, Inc. paid
by Bruce D. & Suzanne G. Shellenberger . it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor. or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor. or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in the Township of East Pennsboro,
County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the western right-of way line of Willow Way Drive (50'
wide) at the dividing line between Lots No. 131 and No. 132 as shown on the hereinafter
mentioned plan; thence along the western right-of-way line of Willow Way Drive South
34 degrees 43 minutes 21 seconds East a distance of 80.00' feet to a point at the dividing
line between Lots No. 132 and No. 133 South 55 degrees 16 minutes 39 seconds West a
distance of 100.00' feet to a point on the eastern line of Logan's Run Development;
thence along the eastern line of Logan's Run Development North 34 degrees 43 minutes
21 seconds West (erroneously shown on the recorded plan as North 34 degrees 43
minutes 41 seconds West) a distance of 80.00' feet to a point at the dividing line between
Lots No. 131 and No. 132; thence along the dividing line between Lots No. 131 and 132
North 55 degrees 16 minutes 39 seconds East a distance of 100.00' feet to a point on the
western right-of-way line of Willow Way Drive, said point being the place of
BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 132 as shown on the Final Subdivision Plan of Penn Valley, Phase 3.
