WHEREAS, Barry L. Pagliaro and Connie M. Pagliaro, of Hummelstown,
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporaneously
herewith, a contract with Cumberland Design & Building Co., Inc., of
Carlisle, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a commercial structure on
Lot No. 4, Subdivision Plan of Roadway Express, Inc., Middlesex
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and more particularly
described in attached Exhibit "A".
NOW, .J rt! . Z % ?f 9 at the time of and immediately before
execution of the p in ipal contract, and before any authority has been
given by the said Barry L. Pagliaro and Connie M. Pagliaro to commence
work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with Cumberland Design
& Building Co., Inc., and the further consideration of One Dollar to
Cumberland Design & Building Co., Inc., paid by Barry L. Pagliaro and
Connie M. Pagliaro, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the
material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchases, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of
said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
