STIPULATION
AND NOW, this day of June, 1999, petitioner SUSAN J.
FLORENTINE and her attorney, MURREL R. WALTERS, III, ESQUIRE, and
respondent THOMAS M. MURRAY, with regard to custody and visitation
of their minor children, stipulate and agree as follows:
1. The petitioner is Susan J. Florentine, who resides at 47
W. Keller Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. The respondent is Thomas M. Murray, who at the time of
signing this agreement does not have a permanent address, but who
recently moved from 47 W. Keller Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
3. The parties desire to enter into an amicable agreement
for custody and visitation of their minor children, namely:
Michael G. Murray, born June 18, 1992
Aliza C. Murray, born November 12, 1994.
4. The children presently reside with petitioner Susan J.
Florentine at her home, 47 W. Keller Street, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania.
5. The parties have reached an agreement with regard to the
custody of the two (2) children and they do hereby stipulate and
agree as follows:
a. The parties shall have joint legal custody of the
children.
b. Mother shall have primary physical custody of the
children.
C. Father shall have temporary physical custody of the
children as the parties may from time to time agree. If the
parties should fail to agree, then Father shall enjoy temporary
physical custody during alternate weekends and alternate holidays.

with the understanding that if there is a disagreement about the
amount of such payments then either party may petition the
Domestic Relations Office of Cumberland County for relief.
6. It is the desire and intention of the parties hereto
that this Stipulation be entered in the Court of Common Pleas of
