Williams, husband and wife, of Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Haubert Homes, Inc., a Pennsylvania corpo of 15 Central Boulevard, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. 17011 for the erection of a single Xro" family residential dwelling building upon a lot of land situate and known as Lot 86, Inverness Drive, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly described on Exhibit A, attached hereto, incorporated herein by reference . NOW June 29, 1999 19 , at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin- cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with owner and the further consideration of One Dollar. to Contractor paid by Owner , it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor. or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor. or materials purchased. or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to rile such liens being expressly waived. V N V 0 U a E H c z P 'o Y EXHIBIT A ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the northern right-of-way line of Inverness Drive, a fifty (50) foot wide street, said point being the southwestern corner of Lot No. 87; thence along said right-of-way line South eighty degrees eleven minutes eight seconds West (S 800 111 08" W) a distance of fifty-four and fifty one-hundredths (54.50) feet to a point; thence continuing along said right-of-way line along a curve to the left having a radius of five hundred twenty-five (525.00) feet and an arc length of twenty-eight and fifty one-hundredths (28.50) feet, said arc being subtended by a chord of South seventy-eight degrees thirty-seven minutes forty- nine seconds West (S 780 37' 49" W) a distance of twenty-eight and fifty one-hundredths (28.50) feet to a point, said point being the southeastern corner of Lot No. 85; thence along the eastern line of said lot North twelve degrees fifty-five minutes thirty seconds West (N 120 55' 30" W) a distance of one hundred sixteen and sixteen one-hundredths (116.16) feet to a point, said point being on the southern line of Lot No. 95; thence along the southern line of said lot North seventy-five degrees ten minutes twenty-eight seconds East (N 750 10' 28" E) a distance of eighty-nine and sixty- three one-hundredths (89.63) feet to a point, said point being the northwestern corner of Lot No. 87; thence along the western line of said lot South nine degrees forty-eight minutes fifty-two seconds East (S 090 48' 5211 E) a distance of one hundred twenty-three and four one-hundredths (123.04) feet to a point, the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
