AND NOW, this day of 1999,
upon agreement of the parties, and upon motion of Jerry A. Weigl , squire, Attorney for
Plaintiff, it is hereby ORDERED as foilows:
I. Legal custody of the minor children, Jennifer L. Walter, born November 8, 1986,
and Carson L. Walter, Jr., bom March 9, 1993, shall be shared within the meaning of 23
Pa. C.S.A. § 5301 et seq., as amended.
2. Primary residential custody of the minor children, Jennifer L. Walter and
Carson L. Walter, Jr., shall be with Mother, Beth A. Walter.
3. Father shall exercise rights of partial custody every other weekend
commencing on June 12, 1999, at 11:00 a.m. and ending on Sunday, June 13, 1999, at
6:00 p.m., and every other weekend thereafter, beginning at 11:00 am. and ending at
6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
4. In addition to the rights of partial custody set forth in Paragraph 3, Father
shall exercise rights of partial custody for four (4) weeks during the summer months, the
dates of which to be mutually agreed upon by the parties in advance. Said four (4) weeks
of partial custody in the summer shall be exercised consecutively. Agreement of said
four (4) weeks of visitation shall be agreed upon prior to May 1 s' of each year.
5. The parties shall alternate exercising rights of partial custody on the
following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4'h, and Labor
day. Father shall exercise custody commencing at 9:00 p.m. the night before the holiday,
and ending at 7:00 pan. on the holiday during the even numbered years.
6. In even numbered years commencing in 2000, Father shall exercise partial
custody commencing at 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and ending at 4:00
p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, and Father shall exercise partial custody commencing at 4:00
p.m on Christmas Day and ending at 9:00 p.m. on Christmas Day.

7. In odd numbered years commencing in 1999, Father shall exercise partial
custody commencing at 4:00 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day and ending at 9:00 p.m. on
Thanksgiving Day and Father shall exercise partial custody commencing at 9:00 p.m. on
Christmas Eve and ending at 4:00 p.m. on Christmas Day.

CUSTODY AGREEMENT AND STIPULATION

This agreement made this /7 - day of ? ecti.-c-
1999, between Plaintiff, Beth A. Walter, presently of 3470 Warm Spring Road,
Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania 17201, hereinafter referred to as
"Mother", and the Defendant, Carson L. Walter, Sr., presently of 37 Sand Bank Road,
Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17257, hereinafter referred to as
"Father", concerns the custody of Jennifer L. Walter, born November 8, 1986, and
Carson L. Walter, Jr., bom March 9, 1993, hereinafter referred to as "minor children'.
WHEREAS, primary residential custody of the minor children, Jennifer L. Walter
and Carson L. Walter, Jr., has been with the mother since May 17, 1999.
WHEREAS, the parties hereto agree that primary residential custody of the minor
children, Jennifer L. Walter, bom November 8, 1986, and Carson L. Walter, Jr., born
March 9, 1993, shall be with the mother.
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to have the following entered as an Order of
Court, Father and Mother agree as follows:
1. Legal custody of the minor children, Jennifer L. Walter, born November 8,
1986, and Carson L. Walter, Jr., bom March 9, 1993, shall be shared within the meaning
of 23 Pa. C.S.A. § 5301 et seq., as amended.
2. Primary residential custody of the minor children, Jennifer L. Walter and
Carson L. Walter, Jr., shall be with Mother, Beth A. Walter.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto, intending to be legally bound
hereby, have hereunto set their hands and seals to this Custody Agreement and
Stipulation the day and year first above written.
