Service Center, Registered owner, and against ALL THAT CERTAIN tract
or parcel of land situate in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, known as 3303 Hartzdale Drive, Camp Hill, Pa. 17011
(264-1808-300) and more particularly bounded and described in
Cumberland County Deed Book 190 at 1029, et sue.

Authority in strict accordance with Resolution adopted August 6, 1981,
Resolution 81-A-3, adopted August 18, 1981 and Resolution 83-A-1
adopted February 3, 1983. This lien is filed in strict compliance
with said Resolutions, and the Municipal Claims Act of 1923, May 16,
P.L. 207, as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seg.
