NOW, July 1, 19 99 , at the time of and immediately fore the execution of the prin-
cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Brad W. Shepler and Joann L. Nicholson
to the said American Home Service
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with American Home Service and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to American Home Serivice paid
by Brad W. Shepler and Joann L. Nicholson , it is agreed that no lien shall be riled against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor. nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor. or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to rile such
liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or tract of ground situate in the Township of East
Pennsboro, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, in that
section of East Pennsboro Township known as West Enola, more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the south side of Pennsylvania Route 944
(known locally as the Wertzville Road) at the corner of lands now or
formerly of Willard D. Shellenberger and Romaine M. Shellenberger, his
wife; thence along the south side of Pennsylvania Route 944 aforesaid
north 74 degrees 45 minutes 30 seconds east a distance of 74.00 feet to
an iron pin at the corner of lands now or formerly of Charles Wolaver;
thence along the line of said lands now or formerly of Charles Wolaver
and continuing along the line of Lot 2 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan
of Lots South 15 degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds east a distance of 236.58
feet to a point on the line of Tract 3 on said Plan of Lots; thence
along the line of said Tract 3 south 75 degrees 59 minutes 08 seconds
west a distance of 73.13 feet to an iron pin; thence continuing along
same south 77 degrees 36 minutes 30 seconds west a distance of 75.02
feet to an iron pin at the corner of lands now or formerly of Glenn W.
Shumaker and wife; thence along the line of said lands now or formerly
of Glenn W. Shumaker and wife north 15 degrees 26 minutes 30 seconds
west a distance of 83.50 feet to a point at the corner of lands now or
formerly of Willard D. Shellenberger and Romaine M. Shellenberger, his
wife, aforesaid; thence along the line of said lands now or formerly of
Willard D. Shellenberger and Romaine M. Shellenberger, his wife, north
74 degrees 45 minutes 30 seconds east a distance of 75 feet to a point;
thence continuing along same north 15 degrees 26 minutes 30 seconds west
a distance of 150 feet to an iron pin on the south side of Pennsylvania
Route 944 aforesaid, the point and Place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 23,686.5 square feet.
HAVING eerected thereon a mobile home dwelling and other outbuildings.
BEING Lot 1 on the Final Subdivision for Sarah M. Wolaver, as recorde d
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 49, page 127.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Wanda M. Wolaver, by deed dated June 28, 1999 and
intended to be recorded immediately prior hereto, granted and conveyed unto Brad
