ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the western right-of-way line of Bonnyrigg Court, a 50 foot
wide street, said point also being the northeast corner of Lot No. 124; thence along said right-of-
way line, the following three courses and distances: south 47 degrees 38 minutes 36 seconds east
a distance of 17.86 feet to a point, along a curve to the left having a radius of 250.00 feet and an
arc length of 64.75 feet, said arc being subtended by a chord of south 55 degrees 03 minutes 48
seconds east a distance of 64.57 feet to a point; thence south 62 degrees 29 minutes 01 seconds
east a distance of 20.99 feet to a point, said point also being at the northeastern corner of Lot No.
126; thence along the northern boundary line of Lot No. 126 south 58 degrees 01 minutes 39
seconds west a distance of 154.73 feet to a point, said point also being on the northeastern line
of Lot No. 130; thence along said line north 47 degrees 38 minutes 36 seconds west a distance
