of Harrisburg Pennsylvania,
is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Fogarty Homes
of Harrisburg Pennsylvania,
for the erection of a two story building upon a lot of land situate,
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in the Township of East
Pennsboro, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern right-of-way line of Maplewood Lane
(50' wide) at the dividing line between lots No. 61 and No. 62 as shown on the
hereinafter mentioned plan; thence along the dividing line between lots No.
61 and No. 62 North 09 degrees 45 minutes 15 seconds West a distance of 100.00'
feet to a point at the dividing line between lots No. 36 and No. 37 future plan
of Phase 4 and No. 61 and No. 62; thence along the dividing line between Lot
No. 37 and No. 61 North 80 degrees 14 minutes 45 seconds East a distance of
80.00" feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots No. 37 and No. 38 future
plan of Phase 4 and lots No. 60 and No. 61; thence along the dividing line between
lots No. 60 and No. 61 South 09 degrees 45 minutes 15 seconds East a distance
of 100.00' feet to a point on the northern right-of-way line of Maplewood Lane;
thence along the northern right-of-way line of Maplewood Lane South 80 degrees
14 minutes 45 seconds West a distance of 80.00' feet to a point, said point being
the place of BEGUNNUNG.
BEING Lot No. 61 as shown on the Final Subdivision Plan of Penn Valley,
Phase3, Recorded in Plan Book 78, Page 114.
CONTAINING 8,000.00 Sq. Ft.

&-ution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said
Owners to the said Contractor
to comenenre mark on the said building, or purrhasc materials for the same to consideration of
the making of the said contract with Fogarty Homes and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to Contractor paid
by Timothy S. & Elizabeth A. Bolden h/w , it is agreed that no licit shall be filed against the.
building by the contrw•tor, or any sub-contnurtor, nor by any of the material men or ivork.men
or any other person for any labor, or rnaterial.e purchased, or extra labor or materials peer
chased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
