STIPULATION FOR CHILD CUSTODY
The parties hereto, Louise E. Steck, Scott Z. Steck,
Lisa A. Hoffman, and Joh Aoi7 6--Ti reby stipulate and otherwise
agree as follows regarding the care and custody of the minor
child:
1. Plaintiffs are Louise E. Steck and Scott Z. Steck,
husband and wife, and adult individuals residing at 6123 Charing
Cross, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055.
Louise E. Steck is the sister of Lisa A. Hoffman, and the
maternal aunt of the subject minor child.
2. Defendants, Lisa A. Hoffman and John Smith, are the
natural parents of the subject minor child. Lisa A. Hoffman's
present address is unknown. John Smith resides in Duncannon,
Perry County, Pennsylvania.
3. The subject minor child is Allison M. Sassani, born
September 23, 1985.
4. The subject minor child has spent most of her life
in the care and custody of the maternal grandparents, Marie and
Michael Sassani, residing at 851 South Fourth Street, Steelton,
Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
5. It is the parties' desire that the subject minor
child reside with Plaintiffs Louise E. Stec,k and Scott Z. Steck,
that they have full legal and physical custody of her, and that
she live in their home as though she were their child.
6. Michael and Marie Sassani join in this Stipulation,
and in furtherance thereto, affix their signatures herein.
7. It is agreed by the parties that Lisa A. Hoffman
and Johshal.l have reasonable, liberal, and indeed
frequent periods of partial custody, with the exact details
subject to the agreement and consent of both parties.
8. During any period of custody or visitation the
parties to this Order Shall not possess or use any controlled
substance, neither shall they consume alcoholic beverages to the
point of intoxication. The parties shall likewise assure, to the
extent possible, that other household members and/or house guests
comply with this prohibition.
