NOW, July 14, 19 99, at the time of and immediately before the execution
of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Michael T. Vaughn
and Cindy L. Vaughn to the said Robert Coldsmith to commence
work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the marking
of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration
of one Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner
it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor,
nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased,
or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in North Middleton Township
and partially situate in Lower Frankford Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, as set forth in a Final Subdivision Plan for Dennis E.
Hurley as set forth in Plan Book 64, page 101A, designated as Lot #19,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point along a private right-of-way; thence South 69
degrees 44 minutes 04 seconds West, 172.47 feet to a curve along said
right-of-way; thence in a curve along said right-of-way with a chord
bearing, North 87 degrees 42 minutes 58 seconds West, with an arc of
27.55 feet; thence continuing along said curve with a chord bearing,
South 32 degrees 17 minutes 02 seconds West, with an arc of 144.08
feet to a concrete monument along Lot Number 20; thence along said Lot
Number 20, South 69 degrees 44 minutes 04 seconds West, 326.49 feet to
an iron pin; thence along lands now or formerly of Emerson D. Boyer,
North 20 degrees 25 minutes 40 seconds West, 402.21 feet to an
existing iron pin; thence continuing along said lands of Emerson D.
Boyer, South 87 degrees 59 minutes 48 seconds West, 705.23 feet to an
existing iron pin; thence North 12 degrees 19 minutes 32 seconds West,
105.99 feet to an existing iron pin along lands now or formerly of N.
David Rahal; thence along said lands, North 87 degrees 59 minutes 21
