NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH.• That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of
the sum of($1.00) Dollar to him in handpaid by Owner, the receipt whereofis hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant
thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of
them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL that certain tract more particularly bounded and described as

BEGINNING at a stake in the Southern side of the Ritner Highway,
formerly Route No. 33, now Route No. 11, Twenty-one (21) feet
distant Westwardly along the side of the highway from an electric
service pole at the corner of Pomfret Street as shown on the
Perrine Plot Plan, said Plan being recorded in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County at Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 3, Page 21; thence from said stake at
the place of beginning, Southwardly and at right angles to the
Ritner Highway, Three Hundred (300) feet to a stake) thence by
lands formerly of Justus J. Perrine, now of Harry Barnhart,
Westwardly and parallel with the Ritner Highway, a distance of
fifty (50) feet to a stake; thence by lands formerly of Justus
J. Perrin, now of John Mohler and at right angles to the Ritner
Highway, a distance of three hundred (3oo) feet to a stake at the
side of the said Highway No. 11; thence Eestwardly along the
Southern side of said Highway No. 11, Fifty (50) feet to a stake,
the Place of BEGINNING.
BRIM improved with a frame dwelling house and other
improvements.
SVBJBCT to the restrictions as the same appear on said Plan
recorded in Plan Book No. 3, Page 21.
