ALL that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate in Upper Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northern right-of-way line of Hastings Drive (50.00
feet wide), said point being located at the Southeastern corner of Lot No. 141; then
along the Eastern boundary line of Lot No. 141 North 20 (erroneously shown as 28 on
plan) degrees 13 minutes 54 seconds East, for a distance of 130.00 feet, to a point in
line of other lands now or formerly of The McNaughton Company; then along said lands
now or formerly of The McNaughton Company, South 69 degrees 46 minutes 06
seconds East, for a distance of 80.00 feet, to a point at the Northwestern corner of Lot
No. 139; then along the Western boundary line of Lot No. 139 South 20 (erroneously
shown as 28 on plan) degrees 13 minutes 54 seconds West, for a distance of 130.00
feet, to a point on the Northern right-of-way line of Hastings Drive (50.00 feet wide);

THIS PIECE, parcel or lot of land consists of approximately 10,400 square feet of
land, and is known and numbered as Lot No. 140 on the Final Subdivision Plan for
Canterbury Estates, Phases VII and VIII, which is recorded in Cumberland County in
Plan Book 77, Page 100.
BEING the same premises which The McNaughton Company, a Pennsylvania
Corporation, by deed dated July 12, 1999, and intended to be recorded
contemporaneously herewith granted and conveyed to Mark E. Weaver and Linda J.
Weaver.
