And now, this sixteenth day of July, 1999, comes the Plaintiff, Timothy Hogg, to hereby appeal
above case:
1. This is a landlord tenant matter in which Defendant occupies a storage unit owned by Plaintiff.
2. Defendant has not paid rent for storage unit in the amount of $75.00 per month since the
month of April, 1999.
3. Plaintiff is asking for possession and compensation for unjust detention of said storage unit.
WHEREFORE Plaintiff, Timothy Hogg, respectfully requests this Honorable
