NOW THIS day of , 1999, upon consideration of
the within Stipulation for Consent Order of Sharon K. Slautterback
("Mother") and Richard C. Slautterback ("Father") pertaining to
their child, Melissa Sabrina Slautterback born October 17,1983
("the Child"), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED as follows:
1. MOTHER shall have sole legal custody of the Child.
2. Mother shall have primary physical custody of the Child
subject to FATHER'S rights of partial custody hereafter set
forth.
3. FATHER shall have rights of partial custody of the Child at
such times and places as the parties shall hereafter mutually
agree.
4. The transportation necessary for the custodial exchanges
herein set forth shall be provided by FATHER.
5. The parties shall equally contribute to the educational
expenses of the Child for undergraduate college and/or post
secondary vocational or technical training, including and

limited to the expenses therefor incurred for tuition, room
and board, books and educational fees ("the Educational
Costs"). Payment of each parties, share of the Educational
Costs shall be paid by each party as the expenses are incurred
and in such a time as to permit Mother to pay the same before
the payment becomes delinquent.
