JOHNSTON Of 10 A RICHLAND AVNEUE, APT. 202, CAMP HILL Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with HAUBERT HOMES, INC. of 17 CENTRAL BLVD, CAMP HILL Pennsylvania, for the erection of a story building upon a lot of land situate AND COMMONLY KNOWN AS LOT 133 LISBURN MEADOWS, TOWNSHIP OF MONROE, MECHANCISBURG, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVNAIA,•AS SET FORTH IN THE DECD DATED RECORDED AT DEED BOOK , PAGE , IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE FOR CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA AS MORE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A " WHICH IS INCORPORATED HEREIN AND ATTACHED HERETO. NOW, JULY 21 19 99 • at the time of and immediately before the execution of-the prin- cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said OWNER to the said CONTRACTOR to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with CONTRACTOR and the further consideration of One Dollar. to CONTRACTOR by OWNER paid it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor. nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor. or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived. WITNESS. our hands and seals the day and year SIGNED ND SEALED IN THE PRESENCE OF r 0 Exhibit "A" ALL that certain tract of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and more particularly identified as follows: BEG1NNfNG at a concrete monument on the northern right of way line of Simmons Road (a 33 feet wide right-of--way) at the southwest comer of Lot No. 34 and the southeast comer of Lot No. 33; thence along said Simmons Road South 40 degrees 44 minutes 33 seconds West a distance of262.00 feet to an iron pin at the southwest comer of Lot No. 33 and the southeast comer of Lot No. 32; thence along the dividing line between Lot No. 33 and Lot No. 32 North 49 degrees 15 minutes 57 seconds West 363.50 feet to an iron pin at the northwest corner of Lot No. 33 and the northeast comer of Lot No. 32; thence North 40 degrees 44 minutes 03 seconds East a distance of 262.00 feet to an iron pin at the northeast corner of Lot No. 33 and the northwest comer of Lot IVo. 34; thence along the dividing line between Lot No. 33 and Lot No. 34 South 49 degrees 15 minutes 57 seconds East a distance of 363.50 feet to a concrete monument on the northern right-of-way line of Simmons Road (a 33 feet right-of-way), the point and place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 95,237 square feet or 2.19 acres. BEING Lot No. 33 of the aforementioned subdivision plan. LOT NO. 33 on the Final Subdivision Plan for LISBURN MEADOWS ESTATES - NORTH, Phase 1, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 77, Page 37 et. seq., the metes and hounds description for which lot is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.
