It is agreed that no loins shall be filed against the building by any mob contractor, material can, workmen or any other parson or
agent of the contractor for any labor, or material. purchased, or extra labor or materials for the erection of said construction,
the right to file such lion. being expressly waived, except by the mole principal. of JW Construction Sorvieam, who retain their
rights of exclusion to those stipulations.
