AND NOW, comes Keystone Financial Bank, N.A., successor to PA National Bank,
through its Attorney, William A. Duncan, Esquire, and files this Complaint of which the
following is a statement:
1. Plaintiff is Keystone Financial Bank, N.A., successor to PA National Bank, a
corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
with its main office and principal place of business located at One South Centre Street,
Pottsville, Pennsylvania 17901.
2. Defendant, Pamela S. Hess, an adult individual, resides at 2115 Arcona Road,
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055.
3. On or about June 5, 1998, Defendant made, executed and delivered to Plaintiff a
not., and a security agreement financing Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred and 00/100 Dollars
($12,700.00), a copy of said note and said security agreement being attached hereto as Exhibit
"A", respectively, and is incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth.
4. Said note and said security agreement have not been assigned.
5. Said note and said securit) agreement are in default because Defendant herein has
failed to pay the payments that were due and owing for the months of December 1998,
January 1999, February 1999, March 1999, April 1999, May 1999, June 1999 and July 1999.
6. By reason of the aforesaid default, the entire principal balance of Twelve
Thousand Seven Hundred and 00/100 Dollars, with interest thereon at the rate of thirteen
percent (13 %) per annum computed from December 4, 1998, along with late charges and
attorneys fees now due and payable.
7. The Defendants are liable to the Plaintiff for the following on said mortgage loan:
A. Principal amount and interest
due to date $12,245.65
B. Late Charges 89,88
C. Attorney's Collection fee 1233.55
TOTAL: $13,569.08
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays the Court to enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff for
the amount of Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Nine and 08/100 ($13,569.08) Dollars
together with interest thereon, costs and all other amounts advanced by Plaintiff.
