Holly Pa. 17065 PLEA # 03-3192 CIVIL C. V. # 0000139-03 Umpkio The judgment was matte for the lack of records and Mrs. Day did not like the records I kept. Since the hearing I, Bobbi Jo Fitting, went through my check book and statements and retreived the necessary information. Enclosed you will find statements, returned checks, and the pay stubs that I didn't receive money for due the fact that we ooulnd not cash checks at the bank because there was no money in the account There was no money in the accounts because she was so far behind in her paying her bills for the store and the money went to money orders or out of my personal account and could not get me paid. The sum is different because when I went back in my checking account log i found more. The remaining total is $1584.76, and I will show you how. Document A: $175.70 rent for the building was 675.70 she was only able to give me $500 Document B: $600 this check shows $2000 she was only able to give me $1400. 1 had to take the remaining $600 out of my son's account to keep that check from bouncing. She owed the food service company too much money to have her kept "on account". If there was no check for the driver when her got there he was to take all the food back to the warehouse. Document C: $285.15 this was a loan for all the equiptment in the store. If it wasn't paid they were coming to take the equipment. Document D: $159.39 When i arrived at work on September 19th,2002, the phone was disconnected. Document E: $176.75 This was for the trash. The bill was never paid and EISI Trash Removal decided they were not going to take the trash and we had no more room to put the trash. Document F: $205 plus $25. This person's payroll check bounced and caused her lot rent check to bounce. I called my bank to see if my check cleared and at this point my payroll check had not bounced so i helped her out and received notice a few days later. Document G: $14 this is a receipt from my bank to have these checks sent back to me. Document H: $10 this is a receipt from my notory public to have the appeal papers notorized. Document 1: $9.37 is a receipt for the certifed mail Susan Day's office received as well as herself. Document J: $55.25 is the cost of the appeal papers. Document K: $99114 Document L: $601.95 Document M: $616.11 Document N: $579.63 Document O: $590.34 please note the K-O are pay stubs that i did not receive money for Document P: $590.71 & $553.47 are checks that had come back bounced. These next five charges cannot be traced and I am genually honest of all of them. #1 $200 once again I paid for the remainder of a COD for Master Foods (the food service we used) #2 $250 this was all wrapped coin and deposited in to the store account to keep payroll checks from bouncing. #3 $385.70 this was a Financial Pacific I payed at the very beginning of all this mess. #4 $151.90 and $151.51 were payroll checks that I received all but those amounts. When you add all of these numbers together you get and astonishing $7446.67. Over the months i had to get some money for daycare, car payment, and rent which was only $1500. Which then takes the total to $5946.67. Around the first of April she did pay me 3541.91, that took the total to 2404.76. After Susan Day's judgment of $820 the total dropped to 1584.76. She is and was aware and granted me the go ahead to keep track of everyhing she owed me. If I knew then what I know now, I would never have been so willing to help her out, I should have left everything run is course.
