and against ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in Lower
Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as 21 Courtland
Road, Camp Hill, Pa., and more particularly bounded and described in
Cumberland County Deed Book I-22, Page 823, et sec.

Resolutions, and the Municipal Claims Act of 1923, May 16, P.L. 207,
as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et s. ea.
