contract with John S. Boswell and Tamara A. Boswell and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to Sechrist Construction Inc. paid
by John S. Boswell and Tam,ara A. Boswell , it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the western right-of-way line of Wellgate
Lane cul-de-sac at the dividing line between Lot No. 30 on the Final
Resubdivision Plan of Allen Estates, said plan being recorded in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 73, Page 139 and
Residual Lot No. 29 as shown on the Preliminary/Final Re-subdivision
Plan for Henry L. Lenker - Residual Lot No. 29 Allen Estates, said Plan
being recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan
Book 85, Page 349; thence along the dividing line between Residual Lot
No. 29 and Lot No. 30, South 83 degrees 52 minutes 16 seconds West a
distance of two hundred fifty-five and nineteen one hundredths (255.19)
feet to an iron pin at the dividing line between Residual Lot No. 29,
Lot No. 30 and Lot No. 29-C; thence along the dividing line between
Residual Lot No. 29 and Lot No. 29-C, North 21 degrees 40 minutes 43
seconds East a distance of three hundred thirty-three and forty-six one
