ON DEMAND, I, Ronald Vandemark, of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
promise to pay to the order of Kenneth G. Witt, his heirs and or assigns, the sum of Twelve
Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 ($12,500.00) Dollars, with interest at the rate of 6 % percent
per annum for thirty-six months (36) with a monthly payment of $104.00. First such payment
being due on or before July 1, 2003 and ending on June 30, 2006, with a balloon payment of the
entire unpaid principal and accrued interest balance shall be payable in full. The obligation can be
paid in full with out penalty at any time by tendering the unpaid principal and interest balance to
Kenneth G. Wi~t.
And to secure the paymem of said amount, we do hereby authorize, irrevocably, any attorney
of any Court of Record to appear for us in such Court, in term time or vacation, at any time
hereafter, and confess judgment, without process, in favor of the holder of this Note, for such
amount as may appear to be unpaid thereon, whether due or not together with costs, and to waive
and release all errors which may intervene in such proceedings and to consent to immediate
execution upon such judgment; with 15% attorneys fees charged; hereby ratifying and confirming
all that our said Attorney may do by virtue hereof. ~~~~Ronald Vandem~, J
