On October 6, 1999 at 5:54 pm sale bills were posted and the defendant was notified. And now: November 8, 1999 at 2:00 P.M., as advertised, sold at Public Sale the personal property of defendant, one Pine Creek Mobile Home, Title No. 40079250, Vin No. 47110626X, to Carlisle Pike Associates for the sum of $1.00, it being the highest bid and best price quoted for same.
