On September 9, 1999 at 10:46 am, the garnishee was served
at which time a levy was made on the defendant's personal property
(a Pine Creek Mobile Home, Title No. 40079250, Vin No. 47110626X).
On October 6, 1999 at 5:54 pm sale bills were posted and
the defendant was notified.
And now: November 8, 1999 at 2:00 P.M., as advertised,
sold at Public Sale the personal property of defendant, one
Pine Creek Mobile Home, Title No. 40079250, Vin No. 47110626X,
to Carlisle Pike Associates for the sum of $1.00, it being the
highest bid and best price quoted for same. Date and time of
sale was Monday, November 8, 1999 at 2:00 pm, at 6280 Carlisle
Pike, Lot 504, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

Reference is made to Sheriff's Sale dated November 8, 1999, and pertaining to Writ of
Execution No. 99-4815 Civil Term, Judgement No. 99-4815 Civil Term, Salem Acres Mobile
Home Park vs Donald Almstrom, at 6280 Carlisle Pike, Lot 504, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania 17055.
On August 27, 1999 the above execution was issued by the Cumberland County
Prothonotary's Office, Carlisle, Pennsylvania with instruction to levy on a Skyline Mobile
Home, Title No. 40079250, Vin No. 47110626X, title owner Donald Almstrom. On September
9, 1999 said execution was served upon Salem Acres Mobile Home Park as Garnishee at 155
Salem Church Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055, at which time
the abovementioned mobile home was levied upon. On September 9, 1999 the defendant,
Donald Almstrom was notified of this levy.
On October 6, 1999 Sheriff Sale Bills with sale scheduled for Monday, November 8,
1999 at 2:00 P.M. were posted on the abovementioned mobile home at Salem Acres Mobile
Home Park, 6280 Carlisle Pike, Lot 504, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
17055.
At 2:00 P.M., November 8, 1999 the mobile home was offered for public sale at Salem
Acres Mobile Home Park, 6280 Carlisle Pike, Lot 504, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania at which
time it was sold to Carlisle Pike Associates, 155 Salem Church Rd., Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania 17055 for the sum of $1.00 plus sheriffs costs, which was the highest bid received.
