NOW, August 2 19 99 at the time of and immediately before the execution of-the prin-
cipal contract. and before any authority has been given by the said William B. and De bra A. Campbell
to the said Haubert Homes, Inc.
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with William B. and Debra A. Campbell and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to Haubert Homes, Inc. paid
by William B. and Debra A. campbell it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor. or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern dedicated right-of-way line of Logans Run at the
dividing line of Lot 61 and Lot 62.
THENCE by same North 46 degrees 02 minutes 54 seconds West 80.00 feet to a point at
the dividing line of Lot 63 and Lot 62; thence by line of Lot 63 North 43 degrees 57
minutes 06 seconds East 100.00 feet to a point on line of lands now or formerly of Ovidio
Acri; thence by land now or formerly of Ovidio Acri South 46 degrees 02 minutes 54
seconds East 80.00 feet to a point on the dividing line of Lot 61 and Lot 62; thence by
line of Lot 61 South 43 degrees 57 minutes 06 seconds West 100.00 feet to a point on the
northern right-of-way line of Logans Run, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 8,000 square feet.
