Registered Owners, and against ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of
land situate in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
known as 18 Scarsdale Drive, Camp Hill, Pa., and more particularly
bounded and described in Cumberland County Deed Book W-17, Page 166,
et sea

1983. This lien is filed in strict compliance with said
Resolutions, and the Municipal Claims Act of 1923, May 16, P.L. 207,
as amended, 53 P.S. §7101, et seg.
