is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract. with John Fogarty Custom Built Homes, Inc.
of 4701 N. Front St., Harrisburg, PA 17110 Pennsylvania,
for the erection of a two story brick and vinyl aided building upon a lot of land situate

EXHIBIT "A"
ALL TEAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land situate in East
Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described according to a certain Final Plan of Penn Valley,
prepared by Hartman & Associates, Inc., Engineers and Surveyors,
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, dated June 23, 1993 and last revised
September 9, 1993, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of-way of Elm
Drive (50' wide) at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 199 and 200
as shown on the hereinafter mentioned plan; thence along the
eastern right-of-way line of Elm Drive South 09 degrees 00 minutes
00 seconds West a distance of 100.00 feet to a point at the
dividing line between Lots Nos. 200 and 201; thence along the
dividing line between Lots Nos. 200 and 201 North 81 degrees 00
minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 100.32 feet to a point at the
dividing line between Lots Nos. 200, 201 and 202 Phase 1, recorded
in Plan Book 67, Page 20; thence along the dividing line between
Lots Nos. 200 and 202 South 09 degrees 09 minutes 52 seconds East
a distance of 100.00 feet to a point at the dividing line between
Lots Nos. 199, 200 and 202; Phase 1, Plan of Penn Valley
aforementioned; thence along the dividing line between Lots Nos.

of 100.61 feet to a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Elm
Drive, said point being the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 200 on the Final Subdivision Plan of Penn
Valley, Phase 3, recorded in Plan Book 78, Page 114, and
containing approximately 9,668.19 square feet, more or less.
BEING PART OF THE SAME PREMISES which Penn Valley
Corporation, a Pennsylvania Corporation, by deed dated June 23,
1998 and recorded June 30, 1998 by the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County in deed Book 180, Page 263, granted and conveyed
unto Logans Run Associates, a Pennsylvania General Partnership
comprised of Logan's Run Corporation, a Pennsylvania Business
Corporation, and Haubert Homes, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation
GRANTORS herein.
