TO THE PROTHONOTARY:
Please enter judgment in favor of the Plaintiff, SSGC, Inc., and against the Defendants,
Michael J. Vavrick and Terri Vavrick a/k/a Terry L. Vavrick, in the amount of $8,385.00, plus
interest from November 15, 1994, for their failure to file an answer to the Writ of Revival filed in
this matter. The Writ of Revival was served upon the Defendants by the Cumberland County Sheriff
on August 23, 1999. Attached as Exhibit "A" is a copy of Plaintiffs written Notice of Intention to
file for entry of defaultjudgment which was mailed by regular mail to the last known address of each
Defendant, 7 Ginnel Drive, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011, which is at least ten (10) days prior to
the filing of this Praecipe.
