WHEREAS,S&A CUSTOM BUILT HOMES, INC. entered into a contract with
-MPTIHEW L. CUNNINGHAM and KARYN T. CUNNINGHAM to
provide materials and/or perform labor necessary for the construction and
erection or the alteration and repair of (a) building(s) upon those certain
pieces or parcels of land situtated in Upper Mifflin Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
Lots 20A, 20B & 21 as shown in Plan Book 37, Page 132 and being further
described in Deed from Louise A. Bonnie to Matthew L. Cluningham and
Karyn L. Cunningham, dated August 17, 1999 and recorded even date herewith
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland .
NOW, T•rla"REFORE, it is hereby stinulatad and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein sec
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any suo-contractor or.
macerialman, nor any ocher person furnishing labor or materials co the said'
contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called e mechanic's
lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part
thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be t=ied with the County
Prothonotary within can (10) days after data, in accordance with rec_uiremencs
of Act of Assemble of Pennsylvania, in.such case provided.
