Number Term, 2001 m/J> WHEREAS, Patton Properties Partnership of 207 Lynndale Court, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055, is about to enter into a contract with R, S, Mowery & Sons, Inc,, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, for the construction of a Warehouse located on Lot #3 of the Final Subdivision Plan for Lynndale Industrial Park, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, recorded in Deed Book 35N, Page 1089 and Plan Book 55, Page 139, NOW, October 19, 2001, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Patton Properties Partnership to the said R. S. Mowery & Sons, Inc., to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with R. S. Mowery & Sons, Inc., and the further consideration of One Dollar to R. S. Mowery & Sons, Inc., paid by Patton Properties Partnership, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building or property by the contractor, nor any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen nor any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the completion of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
