The Plaintiff, GLOBAL LEASING, by their attorneys, KNUPP, KODAK & tMBLUM, P.C., brings this action of
Assumpsit against the Defendant to recover the sum of THREE THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR DOLLARS
AND FORTY-THREE CENTS ($3,474.43), along with interest thereon from July 16, 1999 upon a cause of action of which the
following is a statement:
1. The Plaintiff, GLOBAL LEASING, is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of
Michigan, having its principal office and place of business at 3097 Prairie S.W., P.O. Box 836, Grandville, MI 49468-0836.
2. The Defendant, PATRICK FRYE, is an adult individual trading and doing business as AN EXOTIC AFFAIR
and has an office and place of business at 822 Lisburn Rd., Carlisle, PA 17013.
3. On or about March 3, 1998, Defendant did enter into a lease agreement with the Plaintiff, a true and correct
copy of which is hereto attached, made a part hereof and Marked Exhibit "A".
4. The balance due and owing by Defendant to Plaintiff is the sum of TWO THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED
NINETY-FIVE DOLLARS AND THIRTY-SIX CENTS ($2,895.36), as appears by the Statement of Account hereto attached,
made a part hereof and marked as Exhibit "B".
5. Due to Defendants default in payment of said amount due and owing as aforesaid, per the signed lease,
attorney's fees have been added to said account in the total amount of FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE DOLLARS AND
SEVEN CENTS ($579.07).

6. Plaintiff has frequently demanded payment from Defendant of said amount due and owing as aforesaid, but
Defendant has refused and neglected and still refuses and neglects to pay said amount of any part thereof.
7. Ken Lewis, Collection Manager of Global Finance and Leasing, Inc. has signed an Affidavit verifying that the
statements made in the aforegoing document are true and correct, the original of which is hereto attached, made a part hereof
and Marked Exhibit "C".
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff brings this suit to recover from Defendant the sum of THREE THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED
SEVENTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND FORTY-THREE CENTS ($3,474.43), together with interest thereon from July 16, 1999.

DEFENDANT'S ANSWER TO COMPLAINT WITH NEW MATTER
AND NOW, comes Defendant, Patrick Frye, Individually and trading as An Exotic Affair,
by and through his attorney, Law Offices of Paul Bradford Orr, Karl E. Rominger, Esq., to file
this Answer to Complaint with New Matter and, in support thereof, states as follows:
Admitted.
2. Admitted in so much as Pat Frye is an adult individual and did own An Exotic
Affair up until November 1, 1999.
3. Denied and strict proof of the same will be required at trial. By way of further
explanation, Defendant believes that another person, without authorization or an
agency relationship, fraudulently created the contract marked as Exhibit "A".
4. Denied in so much as it is believed that this statement of account, while correct as
to its amount, was created based upon the fraudulently created contract.
5. Denied, and by way of further answer, it is believed that this amount payable was a
direct result of the fraudulent contract.
6. Admitted in so much as that Plaintiff has demanded Defendant pay, but Defendant
has repeatedly told Plaintiff that he did not enter into any agreement with Plaintiff.
7. Admitted in so much as Exhibit "C" appears to be signed by an individual named
"Ken Lewis". By way of further answer, Defendant will require strict proof at trial
ofsuch.
NEW MATTER
8. Previous paragraphs are incorporated by reference.
9. Defendant never agreed to nor accepted a lease from Plaintiff as described.
10. A sales person for Plaintiff executed the contract with an individual other than Pat
Frye and never received Patrick Frye's permission to use the same.
11. Further, An Exotic Affair already uses equipment leased from Global Leasing with
which the statement of account is current and therefore submits that An Exotic
Affair would not need additional equipment.
WHEREFORE, Defendant respectfully requests that judgment be entered in his favor and
that Plaintiffs claim be denied.
