NOW, August 17, 19 99, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin
cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Patrick J. and Rebecca L. Mulreany
to the said Fogarty Homes, Inc.
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Patrick J. and Rebecca L. Mulreany and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to Fogarty Homes, Inc. paid
by Patrick J. and Rebecca L. Mulreany , it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor. or any subcontractor. nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any /
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to rile such
liens being expressly waived.

curving to the right having a radius of 200.00 feet and all arc length of 53.63 feet to a point, said point
being the place of BEGINNING.
