to the Center for Industrial Training
on that certain lot ofground situate in
Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, containing 5.344 acres including
the right-of-way and being lot no. 4A as shown on the Final Subdivision Plan for
Cumberland-Perry Association for Retarded Citizens prepared by D.F. Raffensperger
Associates dated February 28, 1979 and revised June 8, 1979 and recorded in
Cumberland County Plan Book 36, Page 67.
AND being the same premises known as 262 Silver Spring Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055
NOW TIIE'REF'ORF., 7'IIIS AGREk,'AIEN7'WITNESSF.'7'll: That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of
the. Burn uf($1.00) Dollar to its in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereofis hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant
thereto for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, firr, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of
them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.
