I P;, AN'T=FF a? 29 CUSTODY AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT made this 0 day of? 1994, by and between KEVIN L. ROSENBERGER, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, (hereafter "Father") AND CINDY L. MADDEN WOLFE, of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, (hereafter "Mother"). W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, the parties are the natural parents of a mi.nor child, MELINDA SHANNON ROSENBERGER, born July 2, 1992 (hereafter "Child"); and WHEREAS, the parties are desirous of entering into an agreement providing for rights of primary and partial custody of the Child. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration, of the premises and mutual promises herein set forth and in further consideration of the best interest of the Child, the parties, each intending to be legally bound hereby, agree as follows: 1. Father shall have primary custody of the Child, subject to Mother's rights of partial custody hereafter set forth. 2. PA 17011 with the best interests of the Child and to such an extent as to foster and continue the relationship between Mother and Child. In the event the parties are unable to reach such an agreement, Mother shall have rights o'f partial custody in accordance with the following schedule: (a) Alternating weekends from Saturday at 9:00 a.m. until Sunday at 7:00 p.m. (b) Thursday evening each week from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. (c) Alternating major holidays from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., including Easter Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving Day, commencing with Labor Day 1994 with Mother. (d) Christmas shall be divided into two segments: the first segment being Christmas Eve Day at 9:00 a.m. through Christmas Day at 2:00 p.m.; the second segment being Christmas Day from 2:00 p.m. until December 26 at 9:00 p.m. These segments shall alternate annually between the parties with Father having the first segment in 1994. (e) Each party shall have custody of the child for summer vacation for a period of one full week, without interruption by any other custodial period of the other party, upon thirty (30) days advance notice to the other party. Any bills for medical treatment not covered by said insurance shall be equally divided between the parties. S.
