Plaintiff in the above captioned action, Leslie C. Jones, hereinafter referred to as "FATHER," currently resides at 53 West Main Street, P.O. Box 653, New Kingstown, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17072. 2. Defendant in the above captioned action, Bonnie J. Castaneda, hereinafter referred to as "MOTHER," currently resides at 281 New Haven Road, Lancaster, Kentucky 40444. 3. The parties are the natural parents of one minor child, STEPHANIE J. JONES, age 13, whose date of birth is September 23, 1985. 4. The parties agree that STEPHANIE shall reside on a primary basis with FATHER In Pennsylvania. 5. The parties acknowledge that STEPHANIE has been residing In Pennsylvania with FATHER since June 11, 1999. 6. STEPHANIE has been enrolled in and will attend the Cumberland Valley School District. She will begin 9' grade in August, 1999. All school records have already been transferred from Kentucky to Pennsylvania. 7. MOTHER shall be entitled to liberal periods of partial custody per the parties' mutual agreement. 8. The non-custodial parent shall be entitled to liberal telephone contact with the minor child. 9. FATHER shall be entitled to claim the minor child as a dependent for federal income tax purposes. 10. FATHER is represented by Johnson, Duffle, Stewart & Weidner in connection with the drafting of the Custody Agreement. MOTHER has been given the opportunity to consult with independent legal counsel of her choice. MOTHER understands that Johnson, Duffle, Stewart & Weidner represented FATHER only throughout this matter and that Johnson, Duffle, Stewart & Weidner did not render any legal advice on her behalf. 11.
